Milk protein/lactose allergy and yogurt

If your LO had milk protein or lactose sensitivity, when did you intro yogurt or those yogurt melt things?

And when did you start trying to transition off Alimentum? Do I just try giving her some Similac Sensitive in her bottles slowly to see how she does or wait til 1 year old.

DD is 11 months, and is on Neocate. Her pediatrician gave us the go ahead to introduce dairy products between 10 and 11 months. We did cheese first, and she was fine, and when we were planning to do yogurt, she had a bad cough, so we held off on the dairy until it cleared up. She started it last week, and so far, so good. We have not started weaning her from the Neocate yet, as her doctor wanted to wait to discuss this at her 12 month appointment. I'm itching to try to transition her though!

I have accidentaly given the wriong bottle and she was fine but Im not sure if it would need to build up to bother her again. (arching, grunting, spitting up)

My DS was never diagnosed with an allergy or sensivity to lactose. But when we switched him to whole milk he couldn't take it so he drinks lactaid. That beign said he strted yogurt at 5-6 months and never had an issue. Yougurt does not have as much lactose in it as milk.

DS is on Alimentum, we started giving him baby yogurt at 8 months, so far he has been fine.

My daughter was on alementium until 6 months thAn we transitioned to soy formula worked fine
