I have never been to Nikon theater. Are the seats offered in sections 17-27 in groupon good?

Youve never been to Jones Beach for a concert? There are no bad seats really!

No, I haven't been and I know many people who haven't been there. Good to know the groupon seats are good
I'm sorry, I didnt mean for it to come off snarky, I didnt mean for it to sound that way. The "bad" seats there are probably akin to say mezzanine at the coliseum.

I have! He's got some set of pipes on him. He really compliments Kinney and Cantrell.
To answer a PP, those sections aren't bad BUT the seats available through the Groupon - at least, when I checked it the other day - are in the last few rows. So it's high up there. If you have issues with heights, that could be an issue and if it's a windy day, it's hard to hear up there; the acoustics get distorted.
BUT it's a great deal and if my DH was okay with heights, we'd have bought those. We sat up there for STP ( ) via Groupon a few years back and he was a bit nervous.

He really does, I was SO shocked when I heard him. I was all bitter bc he was a "replacement" but he has certainly earned it.
And Duff's band is playing the side stage!!

I was bitter first too!
Had no idea Duff's band is on the sidestage. He's awesome! Thanks for the info :)
Did you hear, Mudhoney is playing Brooklyn tomorrow and NYC Sunday? I'm seeing them tomorrow. So stoked. :)

Oh yes there are lol!!! We sat in the tippy top row, last 2 seats in the corner for the Police. It was awful. I used to say the same thing until I sat there...

Yeah, we've been up there too. (The STP 5 dollar cheapies!) Acoustics aren't that good, we were whispering between ourselves and could still hear. It's too distorted.
We just walked down to the mini-section in front of the walkway and sat there. Much better.
