If your toddler had general anesthesia (or clogged tear duct probing)
How was your experience?
23 month old DD has a clogged tear duct. She's going to have the procedure to probe the clog.
If the procedure was later in the day, did your LO have to fast all day? DD wakes every morning screaming for milk, lol, and I'm dreading this part the most. :/

My LO was just under a year when he had anesthesia for circumision. Thank God we had the surgury early. We woke him and went right out to the car and he fell back asleep.
As for the recovery - the first few hrs home was the worst. He was just unhappy. We couldn't let him walk around because they are woozy. He didn't want to sleep unless I was holding him.
But by dinner time he was back to his normal self.

I always plan for early morning procedures because of fasting. Her tubes were put in at 8am (she was 17m) and this time her surgery for next week is for 9am (we have to be there at 8am) but she must fast from midnight on (not that bad).
I tell you think.. at 17m she gobbled her milk as quick as I could get it to her!
