Strata or quiche recipes
Can you share your favorite strata or quiche recipes? I host brunch every year for Mother's Day and usually make ham and cheddar quiche, broccoli and cheddar quiche, zucchini pie and French toast casserole. I'm looking to change it up a bit this year! I've never made a strata before.

I make strata all the time. It's so good. I use the recipe out of the betty crocker cook book but you can go on their website and there are so many diff recipes! I cut up slices of bread and butter them and add garlic powder and line them in a glass Pyrex. Then sprinkle with crumbled bacon or sausage or both along with cheddar cheese then another layer of bread buttered and then put egg mixture over it. I let it sit over night. It's the best.
