The only explanation I can come up with is that Kim just read "Gone with the wind", got inspired, and made a dress out of curtains...

Part of me thinks she's wearing such awful outfits lately just so people will keep talking about her. And then the other part of me thinks she's too vain for that.  I don't see how anyone could keep a straight face and tell her she looked great but someone must have!
