I just noticed they have my name wrong on her birth certificate
I know.. 
I never really paid much attention to MY name on it!
I am registering her for school today!! CAN YOU IMAGINE! 
One of the requirements is her Birth Certificate so I'm looking at it and realized they have my maiden middle name. I dropped it when I got married. Frankly I dont know where they picked it up from since I was without it and married nearly 5yrs before AJ was born.
I guess its not a big deal right?
Ironically it has my maiden last name as well (which is my current middle name) so really it has all my names! LOL

Hmmm, I know that my maiden name is on the BC. That's standard. So it should be whatever your name was before you got married on the BC.

it says
first name : veronica
middle name : my birth given middle name
current last name : my married name
Maiden Last Name : my maiden last name
What I AM is
Veronica Maiden Last name then married last name.

I'm fairly certain my maiden name is both boys' birth certificates.
For DS#1, I had not yet changed my name.
For DS#2, I recently had changed my name.

They use the name that you were born with (including middle name), not what you changed it to after marriage.
So, sounds like the birth certificate is right.
