Gender neutral baby shower theme?
I'm planning my FSIL's baby shower and need a gender neutral theme that is not safari/animals/monkeys. She doesn't have anything theme specific on her registry bc she doesn't want to pick a nursery theme until DC is born. I just wnat to coordinate invitations with cake/favors. Nothing too overboard.
Shower will be at my BIL's seafood restaurant in NYC if that helps with ideas (although I can't find gender nuetral nautical themes).
Any ideas? TIA!!!!!

I knew I was having a boy but I wanted something that was also very feminine for me. So we did a birds & the bees theme with lots of flowers and lace tablecloth's but still incorporated a lot of blue. I loved it.

How about a "baby" theme?
It sounds like you don't need much...
Baby bottles, baby footprints are easily available & will look cute coordinated. (Think baby bottle cookie favors & baby bottle balloons). It also gives focus to what will happen: BABY!
Rubber duckies are also very cute & baby & can be a source of favors, invites & balloons/centerpieces.
