At hospital, I think today is the day! Update: She arrived!
I woke up at 3am with a sharp contraction. Contractions came about 20 mins apart for about an hour, then started getting closer together. All of a sudden at around 4:30, they were at 5 mins apart. I went to the bathroom and noticed some pink discharge, called the doc and was sent to the hospital. So here we are, contractions still 5 mins apart, 2cm dilated, water still not broken, so we wait. Wish us lick!

Update: Heres the short version, full birth story to follow.
Noon: 5cm, 80% effaced. So here we thought baby will be here soon, so I stuck to my med free plan.
5pm, no change. We started Pitocin. Contractions came on so hard and fast (1-2 mins apart) that surely we thought, this would help me progress, nope.
7pm, I was checked and still no progress, but my water finally broke.
9pm, still no progress, so after, 19 hours, I caved and got the Epi, which was amazing!
Midnight, was at 7cm, still 80%,
3 am, still exactly the same. At this point we had to quedtion wether we can continue with the vaginal birth plan. We requested to wait another hour or so.
5am I felt the intense need to push. Got checked, and I was at 10cm, 100% and bsbies head was right there.
Pushed for an hour and baby arrived. After a long journey and 27 hours of labor, here is Isabella Grace, 6 lb 9 oz, 19 inches long, 4/6.
