Back to work after being home for 8 years..
I just went back to work after a few years home with the little ones.. I feel I made the right decision at the time to stay home and would not change it but I find the transition difficult. Not only am I finding it complicated to do all the additional "scheduling," and figuring out new routines but getting back into the work force is more challenging than I figured it to be. Anyone go through this and have any advice?

 Going back to work after 12 weeks of maternity leave was hard enough for me. Kudos to you!
