you can't really tell from that picture. it is obviously airbrushed. she looked bad on the premiere show. i also don't think her eyes look good.

What I've noticed about Vicki is that she isn't good at putting on her own makeup. Add that to the wrinkles she had, and she didn't look well.
That "after" picture is definitely airbrushed, and it looks like a professional did her makeup. Regardless, I think overall she looks better and I hope she doesn't get addicted to it.

i don't think she "really" looks like that. on tv she still looked odd, plus she has some weird skin issue...it looks acne-ish but i don't think it is.

Huge improvement! She is not a naturally pretty women. They didn't make her look different they just made her look like a better version of herself.

Whoever took and photoshopped this pic did a great job because she looks nothing like this , I saw the premiere the othe day and she looked kinda scary and odd, looked like someone took different parts of ace from different people and put it on her face.

She's claiming that she was just a week out from the procedure when filming began. So nothing was settled & her face was still swollen.

So airbrushed. Her skin was NOT that smooth and flawless on the premiere. She reminds me of a cross between leeza gibbons and Britney Spears.

I agree that the picture is heavily airbrushed. Her skin looks flawless in the after pic. Skin aside (since I know the pic is airbrushed) the only improvement I see in the after pic is her nose. I know this isn't the topic but I much prefer her hair in the before pic as well as the natural eyes. Her face looks WAY to taut in the after. Chin implant? Very subtle (at least in the pic).
I also agree that she looks a lot like Gretchen now.
