traveling with 2 car seats, 2 kids alone

How am I going to manage to do this? I was thinking of buying the car seat backpack bag for one car seat and the strap that attaches to a carryon for the other, then put the kids in the car seats on the plane?

What kind of car seats?
You can check them in but if you're planning to use them on the plane then I would probably do like you said

If I was traveling alone with two car seats I would def bring them both on the plane and strap the kids in. For infant seats I would probably put both seats in a double snap and go that I would buy on craigslist or something and then gate check it at the airplane door.

I don't use carseats on the plane, so I just check them at the curb. Then the 2 kids go in a double stroller until the gate check. I only travel Jetblue- but it was very easy.

Kids are 4 and 3 - I usually just strap them in, and I haven't used a stroller in a long time. So I am thinking I will either check them, or bring a double stroller and put them in that an have the kids sit in the seats on the flight?
