I was telling DH why can't she ever get her hair or make-up done. I know it isn't her thing but it's the friggin Oscars!

IMO the time when she looked cracked out was when she was on stage presenting the award. Her eyes looked like they were closing and her speech seemed off. Look for video of it and you will see.
