DS and DD are 12 months. They're transitioning to a sippy cup with milk. What's the new rule for how long a bottle is good for once it's touched their lips? I know formula always said 1 hour on the package. I'm assuming milk is similar. Is there a rule? Thanks!

If DS only has a few sips I just refrigerate it right away and then reuse. IMO so long as the milk remains cold and not spoiled it is fine. My son likes his milk cold so I am not sure how someone who warms the milk handles this though...

Same as other poster. Even if its half gone I put it back. I have the insulated cups so I check first, if its still cold back in the fridge it goes.

if not finished by the end of the day - I chuck it..but always goes right back in fridge if they are done before it is gone!
but my 4 yr old likes to help himself and puts his cups in the fridge to take out later...and often has taken it out the next morning and it is fine!
