I think they are switching off the number of HOH's to possibly get a tie in the voting and force the HOH to decide on who is evicted.

I was thrilled to say bye bye to alison, and very happy kaysar won..altho im not loving howie this yr at all--his obsession with Will is really really odd.. I think they r constantly going to be changing the rulz this yr to keep it interesting (such as hoh) b/c we already kno the players and there is only so much excitement the players can do without the aide of producers
