New baby and older sibling gifts?

I'm looking for a gift for 22 mo old DD to give to the new baby when he/she arrives, along with a gift for DD from baby. I know there are endless options, just looking for some ideas.

What did everyone else get?

we are having #2 on Monday and have planned this -

DS helped us pick out a stuffed animal for DD. He will bring it to the hospital to give to her (a soft elephant appropriate for a newborn)

When he comes to see DD, we have a "big brother" bear for him, 2 big brother books and then also an Imaginext playset for when DD comes home.

Honestly, we still have SO much left over from Christmas that we have not opened, its been new toys constantly. I think the books and bear in the hospital will make the biggest impact.

DD1 (she was almost 2 when he baby sister was born) brought the baby pacifiers to the hospital.

The baby "gave" her big sister a scooter and helmet. She LOVED it and still tells everyone that her sister gave it to her. It was great bc all she wanted to do was go outside and ride it. It helped having her preoccupied (and outside!) those first few days home.

We didn't have older DS give a gift to younger DS but, DS 2 gave DS 1 some wooden blocks (he was 27 mos at the time).
