Is Beyonce for real with this statement?!?
That air must be pretty thin up there! This is what she said in her latest GQ article in regards to her reaching "queen" status.
"I now know that, yes, I am powerful. I'm more powerful than my mind can even digest and understand."
This is why I cannot stand this woman.
I'm sorry, when did Diana Ross or Aretha Franklin die to make her THE QUEEN?!?

to be fair, even though she doesnt seem to have a huge fan base here.. she does have A LOT of fans. fans who look up to her and cheer for her and write to her, etc. a lot of them being young women.
i actually do like what i know of her as a person and as a performer.
i think her performances are mostly just that.. performances.

I agree with you! But to title herself the Queen? Thats a wee bit much. I think I just heard Diana Ross get up from the dinner table and exclaim "aww hell no!"

And that's why America is one big JOKE. If you watch any BBC tv shows they portray Americans in such a terrible light, but it's kinda true! Gun toting, McDonald's eating, Kardashian loving morons that can't agree on a single thing to save their lives. It's embarassing!
