Eh, 50/50. Some wear WAY too much (hello, Katy Perry!) but others have lovely skin (Rooney Mara!). Some--just very unfair because they are smiling huge or scrunching their eyes to start.

I'm probably in the minority, but I think a lot of those celebs (the females in particular) still look pretty darn good "up close." Many are just caught in horrible lighting or poses. I can only imagine what the average person would look like under the same conditions. 
I would imagine a lot of the photos of the women were taken at events so they needed heavy/full makeup for the cameras and stage, so I'm not faulting them for that. Their skin still looks pretty flawless underneath.

I agree! I think most of them looked good.
