BFing mommas...one side producing MUCH more?

BFing mommas...one side producing MUCH more?
I BF both my babies. I know all the tricks to try to increase milk supply and I know my right side always produced more than my left. However...it is now getting crazy. I just pumped at lunch and got 5 ounces out of my right and 1 ounce out of my left! I always keep the pump (or baby) on my left side a little longer to hopefully help stimulate more milk, but this is crazy! Nothing has changed (diet, frequency of pumping/nursing)...
Any advice?

this happened to me and what i did was basically have ds latch on the lesser producing side first and finish with that side also. sometimes i only give him the non-producing side. over a few weeks, the production equaled out.

I've always been uneven as well, with more volume and faster flow one side. I always start DD on that side for her first morning feed as well as all nighttime feeds. You can try starting on the side twice for each time you start on the other side or pump that side after each feeding. I try not to stress about it though. It is what it is and DD gets the milk she need regardless of what side it comes from.

I have the same problem except mine is on the opposite side. I always feed DD on the less producing side. I dont think there is a way to even it out.

I was even for the first month it seemed, but now I produce very differently on both sides. I try to pump the less producing side more, but it hasn't worked or helped to even it out...

I could have written this! I feel like DS gets way more from my left than the pump does.
