If the shirt was a little longer and tucked into the skirt and the skirt didn't have that terrible ruffle then I think she would look great!
Her boobs are too big for a belly shirt.

She is to big breasted for this and that skirt is to high on top. It just makes her look like she has saggy breasts and her sports bra is really big!
I also think a longer shirt tucked in would look good. I do like the idea of the outfit, but it just looks sloppy.
