Did your baby change their sleep pattern once they turned one year old?
My son has always been a great sleeper....12 hours a night for months. All the sudden on his first birthday his night sleep changed. Now he's down to about 9 1/2 to 10 hours a night max! It's so weird that it just happened to start when he turned one. This has been going on for 2 1/2 weeks now. I would have saidmaybe teething at first...but 2 1/2 weeks is a long time not to return to normal. Did anyone else's little one do this? Did it get back to "normal?"

Dd did alson she was sleeping 9-9 or 930-930 every night for basically her entire life. The day after she turned a heat old, she gave up sleep ing through the night. That was three months ago. I finish work this week and I will working getting her back on her normal routine. She has cut five teeth in the past three months and has four more budding. Good luck!

DD changed but for the better. At 1 she finally developed a real nap routine and started STTN (for about 11 hours). Up until then her naps were pretty unpredictable and she was up at least 1-3 times a night to nurse.

Re: Did your baby change their sleep pattern once they turned one year old?
My turned one 2 weeks ago. One of them gets up twice each night now for the past few weeks. When I brought them for their checkup the other day, I asked the ped about it.
She said it was totally normal. They have a lot of changes going on right now. Teething, learning to walk, babbling words. It can be overwhelming and she said it may take a bit before they adjust. Although I hope it's sooner rather than later. I am sooo tired.
