I was hoping if he gets deported that Nahla gets to live in Canada.

That was EXACTLY my gut instinct when I heard about this. I think often the dads get a bad rap when in a custody battle but my gut is telling me Halle is the main problem.
I hope the judge continues to block them from leaving the country with the daughter.
The one piece that made me think this was the statement of that housekeeper usually handles the drop off between Aubry and Berry. Now all of a sudden Martinez is answering the door? Sounds planned to me.

I just read this on Perez:
Yesterday Halle Berry's baby daddy, Gabriel Aubry, is headed to a El Lay courthouse Tuesday to talk to a judge about his daughter's safety.
According to an insider Gabe asked the judge to prohibit Halle's fiancé Olivier Martinez from having ANY contact with 4-year-old Nahla and also:
"…re-instate his visitation with Nahla after Halle obtained a protective order after Gabe's arrest which doesn't allow him to have any contact with his little girl."
The result: the judge has ruled that Gabriel Aubry WILL be allowed to resume visitation with Nahla!
However, Gabe's dream of keeping his daughter away from the man that broke his face last week will not be coming true.
That's right! Olivier gets to spend as much time with Gabe's toddler as he wishes, AND (thanks to the fact that Halle's security camera footage has been erased) he will NOT be charged for the Thanksgiving beat down with Gabe.
There is something very odd about all this. Why is Olivier not getting punished for his violence??
Perhaps there is more to this story that we haven't been told…

Probably because it was self defense. According to him Gabriel threw the 1st punch.
But I find it very interesting that someone who is so worried about her daughters safety, didn't have the security cameras turned the right way. I originally heard the cameras were turned around.
Or that they tapes were erased.
Whatever the case may be, I find it very suspicious.
ETS: Glad the judge is still allowing him to see his daughter.

Funny the tapes were erased just like Gabriel feared.
People had a photo of Martinez and his hand was in a brace. I really don't understand how or why Martinez isn't being punished as well. So fishy.
