CATFISH - anyone watching?
I so feel like this guy sounds like a chubby 14 year old kid. ugh...I'm cringing at my screen at how much she believes so deeply in him. we shall see...but i don't think this one will end well...especially bc it's the first episode so of course they need to make it juicy

I'm DVRing so I can watch tomorrow b/c I think DH will kill me if I watch any more "crappy" TV tonight...first it was Gossip Girl followed immediately by Teen Mom 2. He's d.o.n.e.

CATFISH - anyone watching?
That was crazy, did they talk on the phone at all? If so I don't see how she could not realize it. When they first got "him" on the phone I thought he sounded 12. Didn't it would wind up being a woman though...

CATFISH - anyone watching?
I am so mad that I fell asleep halfway though. I woke up and saw a woman on tv, thought to myself "no way!" then fell back asleep. How old was she. And not for nothing the girl believed WAY too much! Can someone fill me in if they found out why this woman was pretending?
Also, does everything think this show is real? I dunno what to think.

I felt so bad for Sunny but come on, did you not realize while on the phone?........ her voice gave it up!
Also- RJ - or whoever,claimed to be bullied, which I can see, but to do that to others...just wrong.
She also texted her and initiated that, just horrible.

CATFISH - anyone watching?
I think Sunny was just so naive..it was unbelievable. The stories the "model" told and then the voice- how could you not know?!!
Crazy that in a few minutes, Nev & his friend found out half of what the "model" told them was false and she didn't realize it for like 8 months?? So weird.

Maybe she knew all along, she had to have! but maybe she loved the fantasy more. So instead she went along with it.

I never saw the movie...but, I have experience! I was a teenager looking to run away & leave home and always on the internet in chat rooms. Got to talking to a guy for a while...escalated to phone calls, him telling me he loved me, dedicating love songs to me, telling me he can't wait til It's just me and him...I ALMOST went with it too...thank god i didn't. Back then we had dialup so as the picture loaded it was like ....ummm...hmmm ok....well...maybe this isn't so...HOLLLLLLEEEEEEE SHIT! OMG OMG WTF
he totally lied about his age...by like...ALOT. Learned a valuable lesson that day!

I watched it last night and as soon as I heard “RJ’s” voice on the phone, when Nev called – I knew it was either a girl, or a young boy who hadn’t reached puberty yet.
I don’t know how Sunny didn’t know.
And I wonder if the emotional connection was still there since Sunny decided to talk to her a couple of hours later. I would’ve been out of there, if that happened to me.
On a side note, the real RJ is a total hottie. I loved the last scene where they finally got to chat.

doubtful...supposedly he's dating the "prettiest boy in the world" Andrej Pejic. RJ is freaking beautiful...and so is andrej for that matter.
