help with sleeping
DS will initially sleep a couple hours and then I BF him (which sometimes takes an hour between diaper change/feeding/etc) he'll sleep for about an hour and then wake up fussing/crying every hour or 2. Is there anything I can do differently to have him sleep longer stretches or will it just happen with time. DS is one month old

Re: help with sleeping
Bump for some help. He sleeps great if he's in your arms but fusses so much if he's in the pack n play.

My girls fought being swaddled while it was happening. If I made the swaddle nice and tight, they would relax and settle in.

Def try swaddling him. You can also try the Rock n' Play, which puts them on an incline and kind of "holds" them so he might feel like he's being held. It does get better.

My DS was similiar. The Rock and Play saved my life!! He started sleeping 8pm to 7am with a dream feed around 11pm at 5 weeks. Def buy it, its only $50 and they can sleep overnight in it.

I have a bouncer- is that similar? Or is the rock n play better?

Re: help with sleeping
I'd say they look a little similar but the rock and play is made for them to sleep. We just got one because of recommendations and I think she looks comfy in it. It's easily portable if you need that. We can easily bring it up or down stairs or on trips to grandma's etc.

Def try a Rock n Play. That's the only thing my DD would sleep all night in.

I got mine at Amazon. I didn't get this exact one, but I've heard great things about it.
