Anyone host a party at LICM?
Is there a min age for kids they charge for. I have 3 kids that will be 1.5 by the time of the party and I'm not sure if I need to include them in the count or not.

I would assume they would because the museum starts charging at 12 months.

I had my DD's 4th birthday party there this summer. If I remember correctly, LICM only charges for kids 2 and up--that is, kids under 2 aren't included in your total kids count. However, they are included in the overall room capacity count. So If there were 2 parents, 1 4-year old and 1 12-month old, only 1 kid would be "paid" but you would have to include all four people in your room count (there's a pretty strict capacity per room).
Overall, the party was fun and well run.
