Swingset preparation for hurricane?
We have a PVC over wood swingset new this year...... Its very heavy with the clubhouse which we locked the door on....
Do we need to take anything off it? the swings are connected by metal chainlink, the 10ft slide has a heavy wood block under the base.

Swingset preparation for hurricane?
I would remove the swings or flip them around the top til they are tight and tie them down. You don't want them ripping off. Is the slide able to move easily? If so a good gust of wind could move it. You don't want it to break off especially since it's new.

I would unhook any parts that are able to move. As for the slide, if you can unhook that I would do it as well and put it in storage.
