Itinerary for a 3yr old bday in the City.

So instead of doing a birthday party for my 3yr, I decided to spend the entire day in the City. My very first stop will be Ihop for breakfast since she loves that place. Then take the train and head out to American Doll and let her pick whatever she wants. Then go see the Christmas Tree at Rockefeller. Make a stop at FAO Schwartz since they love the candy section. Any other ideas that would be great for my soon to be 3yr old. Any recommendations on Restaurants.
I should add that her birthday is in December.

I think that is enogh for a 3 year old - just even seeing the decorations on 6th avenue are exciting as well.

The food at Mars is AWFUL (just warning you if you go!)

I would eat the AG cafe, they do a birthday celebration that is cute and includes a cake! It's only a few bucks more than the price of the meal, and your DD will get a few little cute extras too.

Alice's Tea Cup!

Took my DD over the summer for a Mommy/DD day and she LOVED it! She is 3.5yo

Alice tea cup is a cute idea. It is tea and snacks... But you could def do it for lunch. Serendipity is cute and popular too... If its still around.

Lots of places are good to eat at... I'd say pick a type of food and go from there.

You could also go and ice skate at Rockefeller center... Though 3 may be too little. Walking through central park, a carriage ride, some hot dogs may be a nice experience too. Museum of natural history is nice if it's unpleasant outside.
