Any recommendations on games to purchase or things to do with my 4 month old to help her learn more?

Re: Developmental Games for 4 Month Old???
I do a lot of things to her to get her to mimic me - clap hands, form the "o" with my lips, cluck my tongue, stick out my tongue, etc.
I should read to her more - she loves Brown Bear b/c of the colorful pictures.
I also give her grabby toys to play with.
At this stage I think interaction is more important than games/toys/etc.

Developmental Games for 4 Month Old???
At 4 months we started DD in the excersaucer and then a few weeks later the jumperoo. It took her a little time to get the hang of each but now she loves them and plays with each of the toys on them. She is also already starting to stand now at 6 months! DD also loved anything crinkly or things that were easy to hold like links or her oball. I also started having her sit in front of me a lot at that age and by 5 months she was sitting unassisted which opens up a whole new world for her.
But I have to agree with pp, YOU are her most valuable learning toy!
