When to give your male boss a baby gift?
My boss is having his first baby this December. His wife's baby shower is this weekend.
I bought them a gift off their registry (Bjorn Synergy carrier).
Would you give it to them now or after the baby is born in December?

I'd give it to them now bc they might buy if they don't get it for the shower.

Good point. I tried to get him a "manly" gift off the reigstry.
DH carried around both boys all the time in the bjorn.
