what did u use post pregnancy for ur tummy?
Can anyonne recommend a support item/brace to help my tummy get back to shape after pregnancy? Not sure if they work but Im willing to try it.

i used this and it did help. wore it for a few months, though it took me a few weeks PP to actually be able to fit into it. squeem

I used something similar and it did nothing.

it did help my belly to go down, and it also helped me to just look and feel better in my clothes bc it flattened everything out.

I used it and helped a bit but most useful was walking, eating healthy and breastfeeding
