What are the pros? Cons? Have you done it?

Def ok to do health wise! No worries there!
I am not going to lie...it hurts like hell...but it is usually just the initial latch then it wears off! 
You may find your supply start to lessen as well...but not so bad where you have to stop..as long as you are consistent !

The only potential danger I know of is towards the end of the pregnancy, because the nipple stimulation can cause uterine contractions. Other than that, you just have to lake sire to take really good care of yourself- drink tina of water, eat right, and get your sleep, since your body will be feeding 2 babies.
