Re: Almond milk drinkers (and any other dairy free help)

I just started drinking almond milk since last month. I looove it! I started with unsweetened vanilla, & now drink unsweetened original. So much lower in calories & tastes delish. Haven't given to ds though. He's a big milk drinker. We'll see

I hve been using it for about 9 months. It is not too bad, I like the chocolate flavored.
I have also found Tofutti Ice Cream (Vanilla Fudge flavored) that tastes like regular ice cream to me.

Good luck. The dairy free diet has been quite challenging for me.

I hate soy milk and rice milk. I love unsweetened vanilla almond milk. So great in cereal!

My Dd is outgrowing a dairy allergy (very mild) and she drinks coconut milk. Original So Delicious brand.

I'm staying clear away from Soy milk but love Almond milk and and the coconut milk/ almond milk yogurts. Not bad!
So Delicious is good
I would find out if Soy is good for kids to drink b/c it mimics estrogen
