-get gas drops. -burp LO a lot after feeding... even if they get a nothing or a few out... keep going for like 15 minutes. I alternated between pats and rubs and it seemed to help her get more out. -sit them upright (we used our carseat) for 30 minutes after feeding (actually she slept in ours for weeks).

Gas drops help but they get the kid constipated in my experience. Have you tried pushing the babie's legs in a bicycle type of movement to help?

Gas drops made it worse for our DS. gripe water is liquid gold in our house. It's expensive but well worth it!!

I agree 110%! Gripe water worked and still works wonders for us! DD is now 5.5 months old.
Try Mommy's Bliss. You don't have to put it in the fridge and its all natural.
