What to do to increase milk supply? What has worked for you?
Feel like it's gone down a bit past few days.
Other than more feeding and pumping what has worked for you?

Fenugreek and More Milk Plus with goat's rue. Also make sure you are getting enough fat in your diet, enough calories and enough water.

Fenugreek
Water (8+ glasses a day)
Oatmeal (the steel-cut kind you cook, not instant)
Make sure you're eating enough. Skipping meals was not an option for me when I was nursing.

Where do I get Fenugreek? DH just went to Target, CVS and another pharmacy and they didn't have it

GNC, Whole Foods, or a health food store should carry it. Take 1 pill 3x per day, then 2 3x a day, then 3 3x a day. You'll know it's working when you and the baby smell like an IHOP (fenugreek is a spice used to flavor pancake syrup  )

Fenugreek, mothers milk tea, oatmeal, LOTS and LOTS of water. I think I was drinking 120oz+ of water a day. But it was important to drink consistently throughout the day.
Also, it's important to make sure you're eating enough protein, and that you're eating regularly.

i used fenugreek. they sell it at walgreens, but i wound up ordering several bottles from vitamin world.
