Table Food Suggestions.. HELP
I have twins who are about to turn 1 this month. I am not much of a cook but really NEED SUGGESTIONS on what I can/should be giving my twin boys. We have done meatballs/pasta waffles/eggs. My pediatrician suggested waiting until 1 year but I have started slowly.... help......

My ds is 9mnths, we do all table food. Bc he is a piggie and he can eat by himself. He gets:
Ravioli
Tortellini
Baby elbows
Pork chops/roast pork
Chicken i usually boil it so its juicier and easier to chew
Rice
Quinoa
Any veggies
Eggs
Pancakes
Yogurt
Fruit
Cheerios
Puffs
Turkey meat
Pretty much anything we eat

When giving table food, how do you know when they had enough? SHould I weigh the food?

I gave DS what I thought was "enough". Then I'd give him some milk/formula. They stop when they are full at that age. Also, its a new thing, chewing, they might get bored and not want to eat. Its a big transition.
I think presentation has a lot to do with it - especially when they get a little older - 15-18 months when they start to recognize food. I made it colorful and in patterns for DS.
