Flu shot question
DD has an appointment today to get her flu shot (she's 3 1/2). However, she's been fighting a cold the past few days. Can she get the shot while being a little under the weather or should I reschedule it for when she's 100%??

Flu shot question
Id reschedule. seems to me a high majority of those under the weather seem to get sicker with the shot. but that's JMO.

Flu shot question
I would reschedule. "They" say oh no worries, its a dead virus, blah blah blah. But I feel that if their immune system is weak from being sick and something foreign is introduced the body is going to try to fight it therefore making their immune system weaker which could make them sicker.

Flu shot question
My dd had an appoint to get hers this weekend and we happened to just tell the dr her older sister was really sick with a cold and he actually told us to come back. Glad he did, 5 hours later she was just as sick as our older one...

Re: Flu shot question
Thanks everyone I agree - better to wait until she's feeling better. I rescheduled the appointment for Friday!
