How do you warm up baby food in not heating it in the jar?

I started DS on baby food yesterday and he doesnt eat the entire container in one sitting. I have plastic baby bowls for him but I read online that you shouldnt heat baby food in plastic. I have ceramic bowls that are microwave safe but they are not BPA free. So how do you heat up baby food? in a plastic bowl? glass bowl?

I never put it in the microwave.

Baby food I would just give her cold straight from the fridge.

How do you warm up baby food in not heating it in the jar?

I used to heat dd's up in glass bowls but never in the microwave (i just dont like the micro). I would heat up water in my electric tea kettle and fill a large bowl with the water and put the smaller bowl with the food in it

ceramic does not contain pba. only plastic and some metals that are lined.
That being said, I never heated their food. I do now, but only because they are on table food.
