Will for guardianship of your children....
Any online recommendations for a form we can fill out ourselves and have notorized? Or would you recommend just spending the cash and going to a lawyer? I've been putting this off...and really want to just get it done so I don't have to think about it anymore!

Personally when it comes to your children, I would go to an attorney. But then again I am a legal assistant so I see the other side of things.

Go to a lawyer that specializes in wills and estates. Not sure where you live, but I know a great one in Westbury. Keep in mind that both you and your DH need wills, and things like a healthcare proxy and estate planning are strongly recommended as well. (Guardianship IMO is only the first piece; you don't want to leave your kids with a financial mess or have all your hard-earned assets go to Uncle Sam).

also minors can't inherit so a trust needs to be set up for any insruance money or other assets
