spin off- which prenatal do you prefer when breastfeeding?
I take the target prenatals bc they're inexpensive! They also have all the same components and amounts as the expensive prescription ones I used to take.

I have taken the Walmart prenatals for years. Cheap and work great. I can 't justify spending $40 for a RX of prenatals, a month, when I can spend that at Wal-Mart and literally get enough for almost 2years! I talked to my OB about it and they are fine with it.

i took the vitadusion gummies for a while then switched to target up & up because they are cheaper and comparable imo

I still have some prescription ones too. So whichever I grab first each day.

I use the prescription ones. It is cheaper for me then buying them over the counter.
