Do any stores accept manufacturer coupons and checks?
Every store I shopped at take both. The checks are a rebate not a coupon. They are 2 spearate things so any store should take them.

I know Target definitely does.
ETA: Depending on location. The one in Farmingdale never gave me a problem. Copiague and Levittown would give me a hard time, but they always did it "as a courtesy".
