anywhere to get neocate quickly?
Long story short, DD still has blood in her stool. Gastro wants her to try Neocate. Can't pick up samples from him until Monday, but I would like to get her started ASAP. Does anyone know where I can get some, or is anyone selling any extra? I'm in Bellmore, but we will travel to get some tonight or tomorrow. TIA!

Call around to local cvs/walgreens pharmacy. We had a similar issue and a local walgreens had ordered some but the person never picked it up. Also, I called the Neocate company and they sent 4 cans the next day. If I had any Neocate infant I'd give you a can. We are on the Junior formula now. Good luck!

You can see if anyone has Elecare too. It is the same formula. Just a different company that makes it..

anywhere to get neocate quickly?
I found elecare at the Cvs on Jericho tpke in Mineola, after a trip to the ER at Winthrop with DD. It is on the corner of Roslyn rd.It was the only place that carried it in my area ,the others needed to order it. ( I live in East Meadow). The number is 516-248-3530. I think they are open 24 hours. Maybe call to check for Neocate or if they know where you can get it. They were super helpful. If they don't have it try pharmacies near hospitals as some may have it. Though the cvs in east meadow near NUMC didn't at the time .I remember being in your shoes on a weekend too. What a PITA that more pharmacies dont carry it. Good luck!

Neocate and Elecare are basically prescription formulas. You can order them through the pharmacy or n the company websites only.. I was able to get some from our pedi.
