If you go away and leave kids behind
Do you leave health insurance card with the sitter?
In this case grandparents. We are only going away from Sat and I will be back Monday night.
Do you also leave a note that the guardian for the weekend can treat them?

If you go away and leave kids behind
I usually leave the health insurance card with my parents when we go away - even for an overnight. However, every place they would take her already has her records and insurance information but it's just in case. I have never left a note though since she is with her grandparents.
