Has anyone gone wheat/gluten free while BFing?
It seems that DS2 has food allergies, so I'm on an elimination diet like I was with DS1, but more extreme. As of now I've eliminated all dairy, soy, eggs, fish, shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts, and all seeds. most of this was easy because we mostly follow a vegan diet except the occasional grassfed beef dinner and shellfish. DS is still having a reaction (eczema and green, mucousy stools) so I eliminated wheat and corn yesterday, although I really think it's the corn he's reacting to. So for those that have eliminated wheat, have you found a good bread and pasta substitute? What about snack items? I found some rice crackers but they taste like cardboard Any food suggestions are welcome!

I used spaghetti squash to sub for pasta & I ate brown rice cakes; I can't remember the brand, but they were lightly salted & that made all the difference. I'd eliminated gluten, dairy & corn- the corn was, by far, the hardest, it's in everything. Good luck, hope he's feeling better soon!
