I found mine on care.com. I paid for 1 month on the site and interviewed a few people. So far it's working out really well. You can write exactly what you are looking for and cleaners will apply for the job. I had over 30 applicants to choose from.

I love mine and trust her 110%!!! She is also great with my dd and has 2 kids of her own who are young! Where do yo live? I'm in Floral Park and she's in Hempstead and takes the bus, but sometimes her husband drops her off!
