when did you move LO to a toddler bed?
I have a conversion crib and was just wondering at what age did you move your LO out of the crib.

We moved our son when he was almost 2.5. For several months prior to that, he had been having a terrible time going to bed at night and had been waking in the middle of the night and crying hysterically, needing us to come in, wouldn't let us leave the room (he had always been a fantastic sleeper, so this was all new). It got so bad that he started making a serious effort to climb out. As soon as that started, we switched the crib over.

DS was 2 in November and the following February we moved him into the toddler bed.

At 2 he climbed out (had just turned 2) and so we moved him to a bed. I would have kept him in there as long as I could though, had he not escaped!

28 months, still in his crib. He loves it and sleeps well but with his sister due in Jan, he will get the boot soon  He needs more room anyway.

this is pretty much how it went down at our house too.
took a good 2 months to fully transition him back to the point where we can say good night without staying behind until he fell asleep.

We went straight to a. twin bed at 20 months. We didn't see a point of buying a toddler bed and then a twin one

#2-15 months
 #2- will switch on Monday, a few days shy of 18 months.
No toddler beds here, all mine go straight to twin beds.

DD was 3  I say wait as long as possible! DD used to sleep to 9 in a crib now she comes running into our room between 6-615. She was not a climber though.

23 months. His choice not ours. He wouldn't stop jumping out of his crib!

22 months.
We have a conv crib, but ended up buying a toddler bed instead of buying the kit to convert it since it was cheaper and we knew he would only be in the toddler bed for a short time before we switch to full.

We waited a long time as well.
My son was 3.5 yo. He never climbed out of the crib and was totally content in there. We tried him in a toddler bed at 2.5, almost 3 and he wanted his crib back. He started waking in the middle of the night and I found him in our living room at 2:30 in the morning looking for us. At 3.5 we took him to the furniture store and let him pick out his own twin bed. No issues with transitioning that time.
I'm hoping to keep my DD in her crib as long as possible also.

25 months. We converted it right to a full sized bed. It was an easy transition for us.

DS hated his crib and was walking early on so we decided to put him in a toddler bed by 14 months - but the bed was and is still in our bedroom, we're slowly transitioning to his room.
