After the church, did you change your son into another outfit? If so, what did he wear and where did you get it?

It was so hot out that day so we just changed him into a white onesie with a cross on it. I believe we got it at macys.

It was cool when my DS was baptized (November), so he stayed in his baptismal outfit.

Re: boy baptism
nope...
loved it and spent enough money on it that he was in it all day...
but it was a linen romper so it was light and cool...nothing big and bulky

Re: boy baptism
My son wore a baptismal outfit that was knickers (but really looked like MC Hammer pants on him) so he stayed in it for the majority of the party. It got a little chilly later so we put on a cordoroy overall set with a sweater but I didn't buy that specifically for the christening.

Re: boy baptism
Yes. He wore an heirloom gown over 100 years old so after all the pictures, i got him out of it ASAP before any poopage or spit up. :) changed him shortly after the party started So he was in it for a fee hours by that point. baptism was around this time last year and i put him in khakis and a white short sleeve polo onesie.

Re: boy baptism
DS wore DH's christening outfit so I wanted it off ASAP just in case, so we brought a button down onesie and little khaki pants (it was labor day weekend)
