Mommas, do you use a splatter mat with your high chair?
Was wondering how to make cleanup easier for messy eating

Mommas, do you use a splatter mat with your high chair?
i dont but i should. DD throws everything everywhere though so i doubt it would stay on the mat. you should see where food ends up sometimes

No. We have laminate floors under her high chair, so we just wipe after every meal and vacuum after dinner every night.

Yes - when we have the highchair on carpet. If I pull the highchair into the kitchen, I don't use one - I just wipe up the mess on the floor.

No. We have hardwoods and a dog, so there is very minimal mess. DH swiffers the floor for fun it seems so it's never a big deal lol. If we had carpet I think I would have to though, I imagine it would get pretty gross otherwise.

Yes, and thank God we do! We take it outside and shake it in the grass after meals, it makes clean up sooooooo much easier. We just buy vinyl tablecloths from Target and. It in half. When they get worn out we just toss.

Yes. We have a plastic floor mat usually used under office chairs. It's big and works well.

I wish i did. i think it would be easier b/c I wouldn't have to clean under the chair, and i could just pick it up and take it out. Our cat only eats the meat and cheese... .maybe we should get a dog instead lol!
