What do you do if you miss a BC pill?
 Oops! Apparently I missed my pill yesterday. Do I just toss it and take today's? I've never been on BC until a few months ago so I have no idea.
Not to mention last night was a rare night around here. I'm having some major anxiety right now.

If you only missed one day, I was always told to take 2 the next day and just get back on track. I think you're safe!

Don't toss it...take that one and the regular day's one..i do this all the time.. ..alot! and no problems ever

Thanks ladies. I'm a little surprised it took me this long to miss one but hopefully it will be a rare occurrence!

What do you do if you miss a BC pill?
Double up yesterday's and today's, BUT if you miss another day within this month make sure you and dh use a back up method until you're done with this cycle.

Says so in the instructions LOL am I the only one who reads that stupid thing? Seems I've read it a million times while bored in the bathroom. Same for the tampon insert. I need a magazine rack in there!
Per instructions you should use extra protection.

Per instructions you should use extra protection.
 I usually go for a bottle of conditioner or lotion! The instructions on those are a little simpler though. I read the insert when I started and I remember feeling like an idiot (which I'm pretty sure I'm not) because I could not follow it at all in terms of what was normal and what was not. Maybe I should leave it in the bathroom so I can go over it a few more times.
After considering I haven't gotten AF yet, am EBFing, and took 14 months of trying to get pregnant, I'm not so worried anymore.

Glad to know I'm not the only one who does this. I also read my contact solution insert or bottle, backs of most of the bathroom meds have been read, same for lotions, soaps and creams.
