Sleeping In
Im looking for some advice here ladies! DD is a good night sleeper, was sleeping from 8pm till about 7:30 from 3 months to 8 mos... well as of about a month ago she changed her wake up time to 6:30 am. (or at least that is when she becomes vocal for us to come get her-- she may be up close to 6) . Any idea/tips on how I can get her back to a later wake up time??

Re: Sleeping In
I have no advice, my twins sleep 7:30-5:30! They will not sleep later, ugh. They are 9 months. That is still 10 hours and according to my ped great. But oh how I could kill for 1 extra hour of sleep

My DD's wake up time is 8am. She may get up before that but we never get her before 8. She has learned to play in her crib and hang out until we get her. She gets up as early as 7:15 and still stays till 8. I trained her to do this at 4months, took a few days but then she learned. My other DD is 3 months and I never get her until 7:30 which is her wake up. She is still getting the hang of it but 8 out of 10 times she just hangs out until I get her. You determine the wake up it e and as long as you are ok with a few days of adjustment you will get it back to where you want it. Good luck!
