10 month old with stuffy nose
I keep clearing his nose with the nasal aspirator and using saline nose drops but, even though his nose looks clean; it sounds like he is still stuffy. It must be up in his nasal cavity. I have a humidifier in his room at night. Is there anything else I can do? It sounds like he's starting to get a cold. Sneezing and some coughing. I don't know how when I always have him in his sleep sack with a long sleeve onsie when we have the air on. My next step is to bring him in the bathroom with the hot water running to create steam for him to breathe in.

Colds are not created from being in cold air. They are created from germs, it is a virus. Bringing him into the steamy bathroom should definitely help. Other than that, you really just need to wait for it to pass. Vicks makes a baby rub that you could try. Hope he feels better soon!

Re: 10 month old with stuffy nose
Do you have just a bulb aspirator? I bought Baby Comfy Nose on Amazon and it works GREAT!!! REALLY a HUGE difference and I love that I'm letting my little guy breathe easier!
FYI... my son kept getting "colds" until we realized it might be allergies. We asked the doc who suggested we give him 24hr Children's Zyrtec (1/4tsp) each night and the back-to-back colds stopped! We still do the nose drops each night - and sometimes in the morning.
Good luck! Hope he feels better!
