LOTS of headbanging on the crib
We don't have bumpers on the crib. DS rocks and rocks on all fours, and will do so even if his head continiously hits the side of the crib. It's happening every time he's in there while he's trying to fall asleep, not just every now and then.
Is this something I should be concerned about?
I have actually looked for bumpers to put in, but for some reason I can't find any to properly fit (I have a solid back crib), and I can't have them flopping down on him.

Re: LOTS of headbanging on the crib
i remember posting something similar when DS was maybe 7-8 months. He would sit in his crib and continuously bang the back of his head on the back of his crib.
i did some research and asked here (as well as the ped) and it seems to be pretty common (especially for boys) - a self-soothing method If it were painful, they would stop.
